TIE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TULLE
Basically this is very easy. Place your header card into the placer at the top of the pole. Now, simply unravel the tulle piece we sent you, hold it at arms length open across in front of you, place it across the top of the spinner at the base of the header card, wind both sides to the back, cross behind and bring them around to the front again. Now tie a bow nice and tight covering the header placer. Now fluff that bow, and tuck the ends into the spinner so the cards don't catch it.
Or for a creative touch, wrap around the base ofthe header card and then take one side over the top of the header card and down, then wind around the pole again and knot. Fluff the ends and tuck where necessary for neatness.
